Hi! I am a senior economist in the Monetary Policy Division of the Economics and Research Department of Banco de Portugal and an adjunct assistant professor at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal. I obtained my PhD degree in Economics from CERGE-EI.
My research interests include macroeconomics, household finance, and labor economics. My research agenda centers on heterogeneity in households’ choices and behavior—such as housing, portfolio allocation, mortgage borrowing, and education—and how these micro-level frictions shape macroeconomic outcomes.
